1. Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the user. The estimated delivery time is [2-5 business days]. ICYK is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, although we will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

2. Returns & Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive the order, without the need for justification.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must remain in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective).

How to proceed:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at [TU EMAIL] indicating your order number, and we will provide instructions on where to send the package.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. If everything is correct, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

3. Warranty

All our products come with a legal guarantee of 3 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current regulations in Spain and the EU.
